Sous Chef
Our newest addition to the kitchen is Sous Chef Del Lettenberger. Although he is new to our company, he is no stranger to the world of culinary and events. He first started as a dishwasher at the age of 16, then worked his way up to a line cook. He did banquets at the Renaissance Schaumburg before becoming lead cook and then kitchen supervisor at the Downer’s Grove Marriott. After about 10 months there, he found the job here at Sweet Baby Ray’s and True Cuisine. Del’s favorite part of his job is that he gets to work with a lot of fun people every day. When he is not working the busy hours that a sous chef has, Del enjoys going to the dog park with his three dogs- a lab bloodhound and two pitbulls and spends time with his family.
