Donna has been with the company for 12 years, but her history with Sweet Baby Ray’s goes back even farther. Dave Raymond aka “Sweet Baby Ray” was Donna’s first boss when she was 16 years old, even before he was known as Sweet Baby Ray! It did not take long for Donna for discover her passion for sales, and after assisting the team with the first restaurant project, Donna became a Catering and Event Consultant. Her favorite part of the position is that it allows her to meet new people and talk about great food (and eat it!), while developing strong relationships with everyone she meets. 

Married for 29 years with 2 grown children, Donna loves horseback riding, antiquing, and traveling, which she is happy to say she can do more of as she has gotten older. Her two Sheppard mix dogs are like her kids now, since her human children are adults, and Donna loves to sit on the patio and drink wine in her free time. If Donna was a color, she would be fuscia, because it’s vibrant, has lots of energy, and is pretty, which we can all agree is exactly how we would describe Donna herself!
