Event Director and Food and Beverage Manager Luis Cruz can credit a whole hog for his career here with Sweet Baby Ray’s and True Cuisine. While working for another company, Luis delivered a whole hog to our catering offices and met Duce Raymond outside. Duce let Luis know that if he ever wanted to work for him, he had a positing waiting for him, and sure enough, two weeks later, Luis was hired on the spot as a server. Not long after, Luis became the Food and Beverage manager and has been with the company for 4 years now.
Luis’s favorite parts of his job are going out to meet clients, not being stuck in an office all day, and that every day is something new. He loves the people he works with and the clients he meets every day on site at jobs.
In his free time, Luis loves to eat and drink new, delicious foods and loves when the weather is beautiful so he can ride his motorcycle.
