Catering and Events Consultant
Catering and Events Consultant Mallory Weathers has been with Sweet Baby Ray’s since their very first restaurant opened up in Wood Dale. When Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering bought True Cuisine and the company was developing the catering business and brands, Mallory played a key support role to the sales team, working full time in events, working in the kitchen, doing deliveries, pulling parties, and more, while also being a full-time college student.
After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Administration with an emphasis in Nutrition and Food Science and minor in Business, Mallory transitioned to the event consultant role, which she has excelled at for the last 6 years.
There are many aspects of her job that Mallory truly enjoys. She loves the idea of taking a concept from a client and bringing it to life. She loves helping others and making people happy, and she loves that her job allows her to be creative and work with food, creating tailored proposals and menus for clients.
When she isn’t at work, she is spending time with her fiancé, planning her wedding for later this year. She loves to entertain at home and spend time with her Boston Terrier Dexter. If Mallory were a color, she would be tie-dye, because she has an eclectic personality and taste.
