Event Director Sue Floro has been a pertinent part of our company for many years. After being a stay at home mom for many years, she started working for another company in the food service industry before finding True Cuisine where she worked as a server and event manager for 5 years. When Sweet Baby Ray’s bought True Cuisine, Sue came with and has now been with our company for a total of 10 years. 

Sue enjoys watching an event come together and pleasing her clients. She enjoys being proactive and making sure all the event details are taken care of from start to finish. 

In her free time, Sue loves spending time with her two-year-old grandson, gardening, and relaxing on the beach. She enjoys traveling as well, and was in Portugal last year!

Sue loves water and the way blue skies make people feel., so it’s no wonder her favorite colors are all the shades of blue.
